On the 17th of June the British Chamber of Commerce EU & Belgium and Linklaters are organising a panel discussion on Developments in EU-UK antitrust and merger control cooperation.
The discussion will focus on the convergence and divergence between the EU and the UK in competition enforcement and merger control, aiming to explore whether a harmonised approach across the Channel is foreseeable and where potential divergences may arise.
